This was my original design for my pirate animation project
few years back before I changed them to a more stylized animation
friendly or "Simplified Style" (Excuse to lazy artists, like me) :)

I don't think I'd mess with any of them. None of them look like the twerpy disney "yoh Ho!" type... I think these guys might actually give some ninjas some trouble in a match. ;)
